Episode 3:
Celesse Vandenberghe

Thanks to the never-complaining, never-tired efforts of one Zane Barrett Dixon, the apartment was only a mess when he had finals.  As the graveyard-shifting girlfriend, Celesse Vandenberghe could only contributed to the mostly nonexistment mess.  On good days, usually ones that included a guaranteed night off, she did laundry, dishes, and windows, all the things that Zane hated.  It was as close to marriage as he was going to get from her for the time being.

She finished folding the spare sheets and set them on top of the pile that belonged in the hall closet.  It had been a quiet day, just like the last two

There was a hole in the bag.

Chances were, it had been there for quite some time, days perhaps, but Arturo hadn't given it much thought. After all, he had mended it. Apparently the spell might have benefited from the reinforcement of a needle and thread. Just as the spell that Boris was currently using to pick up the powder might have benefited from a container in which to put the offending powder.

How dare all of it spill. Really, it was like a personal affront. Arturo could understand some of it, or most of it, but all? He'd had plans for at least half of it... And now it was spilled out over the grass just like an exploded dirt clod.

He sighed. It seemed his plans would have to be amended to include yet another setback. No matter.

^^; Because I took too long to draw it, I felt it necessary to write the "description".

This is very slightly smaller than the actual resolution, which I will email to Hagge. That one is also watermark-less. Changes can be made with little fuss, I hope you like it. :)

You captured Arturo's personality perfectly. Yes, he'd be affronted by a tear in the sack making him lose the powder. You wrote that scene out marvelously! :thumbsup:

I sent you an email suggesting one very minor change...beyond that, this is wonderfully fantastic!!!! YaY!!! :dance:

:D Thank you! It was a great (and fun) challenge, especially Boris. Arturo's expression really made it, though--if I hadn't gotten that down, I might have started over another three or four times. :giggle:

It's just one of those faces, huh. :) Thank you! I enjoy drawing lanky, it's my favorite body type, which I'm sure is terribly obvious....
