Ocean Academics cover by Kid-Apocalypse Ocean Academics cover by Kid-Apocalypse
Still not sure about the title and I have NO idea how it got all fancily embossed.

THOSE RUNES ARE NOT A FONT I ACTUALLY WROTE THEM. Because I am insane. Thank you, Old Norse rune poem. And those water symbols ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING. D: [link] and [link]

I want to write this, but who knows what the hell will happen. His name is Llewellyn, and his rank is Wave-Chaser. There is a school element.

I'm tired and you can tell. I keep mixing up Enter and Spacebar.

 Thanks. I paid more attention to the hands than I usually do, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be going in!

I also meant to comment on the good job you did with the water, too.

Ooh, thank you. I have a trick with the detail oils brush and a bunch of blenders.

Painter 9, but I'm sure it'd work in 10, I didn't notice that many differences between them when I tried it out.

The newest version is 11 and expensive, so I'd recommend finding an older version second-hand or something. Corel programs tend to run near $350 and upward.
