ExhaustedLethargy sneaks upon me, like a monster in the dark. The monster that is the dark. It is a greedy thing, taking without regrets or even guidelines. It steals time, offers nothing in return, and hasn't even the sentience to glee over its bloodless victory.

Is it the weather? There is none. Snow clumps on the ground, old and stale with ice crystals that shine despite the ugliness of unpopularity. No one likes it here. I don't blame them.

There shouldn't be so much fatigue, so much dragging of skin from my bones with hard, unrelenting fingers. Pain wracks my muscles, but relief would come at the cost of more tiredness.

A request-ish for Lisa and DS. Lots of people (including them

) are always leaning on the back of my computer chair and nearly killing me, since I'm a moron who actually sits like that in a very tilt-able chair. We all kind of collectively thought this up, and they were my support group and sound/sight board while I drew it.

There's no color and it's rather messy because I drew it in the ten or twenty minutes I had before I had to run out the door.

Those guys look a tiny bit like L and Light from Death Note, but they really aren't them AT ALL.

Unless you live in Wishful Thinking.

People have knocked my chair over when I was all but hanging onto the desk.

It's just frustrating.

I can think of worse nicknames than "duck"...

Thankfully, no one does that to me....

I sit seiza or crosslegged on my chair, back against the chairback. puts my feet to sleep sometimes, but it's really comfy.

It's really annoying sometimes, especially since adrenaline now practically sends me into anaphylactic shock...

Cutting the circulation like that is bad for you. I know, because people are constantly tell me. I sit crosslegged in my chair a lot, too.

Every time, if you sit long enough. I spend a lot of time sitting at a computer, I find these things out.

I have a slightly creepy-sounding laugh now because usually it's very, very loud, but I used to read a lot in the library's Silent Reading Room, so I learned to do a kind of snicker/gurgle in the back of my throat. People say it sounds creepy... it's just how I laugh in public.

I just sound like I'm having a hard time breathing, snickering through my nose. Other than that, I learned to laugh silently, from staying up late reading comics.
