What the crap is Divine Proportion?!

I'm not sure I like this new version of Painter. The lines come out too thick too often, I can't find a middle ground with my FAVORITE tool, which irks me. So my style will probably change if I switch over.... Except for one thing that super annoys the hell out of me--the brushes are no longer listed in alphabetical order. I can't find anything!!! Thank heaven for custom palettes.

Got the trial on a whim, but since September is coming up, I just may buy this then. Because I always get an awesome new art toy in September. Last two times were a coincidence, which makes it tradition at this point. Does anybody have any other software or hardware recommendations for me?

...so have I, actually. ^^; If you've got a Bittorrent client, I know you could find a keygen or something on a torrent site, that's what I do when I lose things like that.

Divine Proportion is the science of beauty. God, I wonder if I can explain this... Someone, hell knows who, probably Greek, discovered that everything EVERYTHING, from Angelina Joulie's face to a rose, to a nice car, is built along the same basic design. It's geomatry - All things beautiful, mostly in nature, are based on this skewed sort of spiral thing. Supposedly that's why most beautiful things in nature completely echo that shape - water, flowers, shells... Um, I'm sure this will explain better than I can: [link] I know it sounds crazy - but it really is true, science is stranger than fiction.
