EDIT: forgot my jewelry. Added that.

MY 700th DEVIATION!

Most honest self-portrait I have ever done. That's my real actual build, and I own every stitch of hand-me-down clothing there--that sweater is very real and the colors are damn accurate since I've got it right in front of me. (Mayaj found it at a third-hand shop)

This took a few hours, but it was nice to do something with a lot of work to it. COLORED LINES. PHOTOSHOP. TEEEXT. I even got my glasses in there. They are off at the moment 'cause my head huuuuuuuuuuurts.

My costume is so simple. I'm a DCO. :lol:

Nope, I've had these for....whoa, four years. :O_o: Only shoes I have that I can wear to work.

Thanks. :D I may put up a photo for comparison, but probably not. ^^;

My laces were red and purple, respectively. Right now, I shuffle about in a pair of Keens clogs. :) Four years is GOOD!

If ya do, ya do...if ya don't ya don't...the illus. is still pretty impressive. :D

Red and purple, cool! Much better than black and white. Mine just used to be pink, like the accents on the shoe. :nod: They were a gift, and as skate shoes, they wear very very well.

:thanks:

:nod: I'm not a skater, but I know that skate shoes have to have a lot of endurance, so I like them. Most people get Vans, but I like my Etnies.

I tried some roller blades...actually got fair with them, but gravity and I have it in for each other. :X

I'll have to see what's available when we go south later this month...any good shoe stores in SLC?

Skateboards just despise me. ^^;

Yeah, I think we do, actually. You can find some really good second-hand shoes if you're willing to shop around. We have a tonne of Goodwill, Salv. Army, and DI shops.

:nod: I can't wear it to work though... Shirt's against dress code and the sweater is not warm enough. ^^;

Too bad..! ...How is it against the dress code? Because of the shoulders?

Of course. It's not professional for one, and it falls under the category of suggestive, or whatever synonym better suits.

Wow, I had no idea the dress code was so strict... dude..!

...What are you talking about? It's an incredibly lenient dress code. We don't have to wear uniforms and they don't tell us how to dress. Just no provocative clothes, nothing with political slogans, and no open-toed shoes or ridiculous heels. There are public schools with stricter dress codes.
