BANDWAGON by Kid-Apocalypse BANDWAGON by Kid-Apocalypse
EDIT: Little things, but still. Significant ones.

:iconpixelids:

I had no idea these were a trend until today. I rarely do portraits (closeups just hate me), and I'm pretty sure I've never done baseless pixel art, so I thought I'd give it a go just for the sake of those.

That's how I dress, pretty much, I even have the hat over a pointless ponytail. But the fishing pole....is kind of an in-joke. I was having a conversation about how there are certain places I'd never go because of the shocking amount of stupid people. If I ever have to, then I want to carry around a fishing pole to whack the Stupid on the backs of their necks.

I forgot how much pixel art hates my shoulder. And I think the clicky-ness of my stylus is starting to get tetchy.

Heeheeheehee :evillaugh: Now your old comment about wacking buggy people with fishing poles is extra fun-times. :D

Anyway, looks pretty good -- the eyelessness, I don't completely understand; I guess thats me being not art-savy. :shrug:

This is when I first shared the thought. :D

Mostly laziness and having seen far too many Italian and Japanese cartoons.

If I think too hard on it, I might start calculating how often I would need a new one and what the yearly cost might be. ^^;
Thanks! I have half a mind to offer to make these for people who like them but can't do/have a hard time with pixel art.

Not familiar with the process of pixel art...what makes it different from regular digital? ( did I ask you this once?)

It's painstaking at times... It's basically art that is drawn pixel by pixel, generally with the pencil tool in MSPaint or Photoshop. Not quite sure how to explain it beyond that.... [link]

Having visited the link, I can tell you right now pixel art is not in my repetoire, and very likely will not be for a very long long time. I have patience for detail...but not that fine... :)
:salute: I salute you for your patience and work...and I understand where it could be very physically uncomfortable to do...

It's not for everyone. And I can't do it with lettering...

:phew: My shoulder thanks you and requests a commendation for bravery and work under fire.

........and I only just realized that shoulder sounds similar to "soldier".
